Refund policy

Original Sculptures
All sculptures are original, one of a kind handmade artworks. Each piece exists as a single unique creation. Due to their individual and irreplaceable nature, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been shipped, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the work may already be prepared for shipment and cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at studio@akhikyan.com and provide clear photographs of the artwork and the packaging. Each case will be carefully reviewed and an appropriate solution will be offered.

Custom Orders
Custom or commissioned works are non refundable. Once the creation process has begun, materials and time are invested specifically for the client. Custom works are not eligible for cancellation or return.

European Union and United Kingdom Customers
If an order is delivered to a country within the European Union or the United Kingdom, the customer may have the right to cancel or return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, written notice must be provided within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the safe return of the artwork.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned or personalized works.
